| How do I place an order online? |
| Placing an order online couldn't be easier. Simply shop through our online
store, either by category or by designer,
and add products that you like to your shopping cart. Your shopping cart is always accessible by clicking
on the shopping cart link in the upper right corner of your screen. When you are finished adding products to
your shopping cart, you can proceed to purchase the items by clicking on the 'Checkout' button located in the
lower right of your shopping cart display. Follow the instructions given to you throughout the checkout procedure and provide
the necessary information such as your shipping address, billing address, and payment information. When all
the necessary information has been received, you will be given a chance to review your order prior to placing it.
If you are satisfied that all the information is accurate, click
on the 'Confirm Order' button to place your order. Upon placing your order, an email will be sent to the address
you provide outlining the details of your order and providing you with instructions on how you can track
you order. |

| How do I track the status of an order I've placed? |
| If you are interested in tracking the status of an order you recently placed with us,
you can do so online through our Order Status Page. You'll be asked to provide either
the order number given to you at the time of purchase or your email address along with the last 4 digits
of the credit card used to make the purchase.
After your order has been pinpointed, you'll be able to see when we expect to ship your order, or, if it already
shipped, the date its expected to arrive. Orders that have already shipped will contain a link to tracking
information from UPS.com. |

| What methods of payment do you accept? |
| Currently, MotivoDesign.com accepts payment by credit card and online gift certificate
only. We accept most major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. |

| How are the shipping charges determined for my order? |
| To ensure delivery reliability and ubiquity, we ship online orders exclusively with UPS.
We assign shipping charges for each order by polling UPS.com for shipping rates given the weight and
size of the products ordered. The amount you are charged for shipping is the exact amount UPS quotes us
at the time of purchase for the shipping method you specify. We do not inflate shipping charges.

| How do I use a gift certificate online? |
| Using a gift certificate online couldn't be simpler. Shop MotivoDesign.com as
you would normally, adding products from our online store to your shopping basket. When you are finished adding products
to your shopping basket, proceed to checkout and fill out your personal information as requested. When you are asked to supply
payment for your order, simply type your gift certificate number in the box labeled 'Gift Certificate'. If your
gift certificate covers the entire cost of your order, including shipping charges and tax, no further payment is
required. If you gift certificate only covers a portion of your order total, you will be required to supply
a major credit card to cover the difference. When you complete the checkout process and place your order, the credit
on your gift certificate will be updated to reflect your purchase. Any credit remaining on a gift certificate can be
used during your next shopping experience at MotivoDesign.com. If you'd like to check the balance remaining

| Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it? |
| Yes! Customer satisfaction is important to us at MotivoDesign.com. If, for any reason, you are
dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days of the shipping
date. Similiarly, if an item you order arrives broken or damaged from shipping, we will do everything

basis and can usually get products from them within a couple of weeks. If you get in touch with us in regard to such a product that you are looking for, we will do
