MotivoDesign.com is a website owned and operated by Motivo LLC, a retail company located in Bellevue, Washington.  Motivo was founded in 1999 and is dedicated to providing quality contemporary home accents, table top accessories, glassware and gift items to please the discriminating shopper.  Many of the items in the store are hand crafted and individually made in the United States or in the European Union.  When looking for the unique gift or accessory to treasure, Motivo is the place to shop.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days of the shipping date.  To make a return,  mail the item with the receipt included with your order.  The cost of the returned merchandise will be credited to the method of payment used to purchase less the shipping.
